LUCC Officer Position Descriptions
President – Prepare an agenda and conduct monthly meetings
Vice-President – Cover the president’s duties when they are absent.
Treasurer – Collect dues, pay bills, manage banking, and present Treasurer’s report
Secretary – Take Minutes and attendance at the monthly meetings. Provide prior months minutes at each monthly meeting.
Information Liaison & Web Page – Send meeting invitations and notifications to the membership, update membership database. Post monthly meeting minutes and keep web page up-to-date with changes, corrections and additions.
Publicity and Education – Plan and carry out various publicity and education programs and ideas to promote LUCC and the Call-before-you-dig “concept”.
Program Coordinator – Plan and coordinate a program for each monthly LUCC meeting, including contacting the speaker and introducing them.
Damage Coordinator – Receive, compile and evaluate damages and dig law violations. Maintain the “Letters to Contractors” program.
