Welcome – President Roman Hernandez called the meeting to order and welcomed all attendees.

Meeting Minutes –Meeting minutes were approved at the opening of the meeting.

Web Page– Amy Abramson: The web page needs to be updated, I haven’t upload our meeting minutes in a while.
OUCC Standards Review – Rocky Stewart: n/p
Old Business: Still considering the idea of hosting a summer BBQ to get members together, Will have to see how Covid restrictions transition this summer.
New Business: We need to update our By-laws, per Kitty’s request (a year ago?). We have our current by-laws on the website, we should review them and edit as needed to align with our current needs and structure. Amy will try to get a copy downloaded.
Roman to find out our financial statements for OUCC. And we need to add the Contractors Breakfast Drive-Thru to our 2021 Events.
